We had a fantastic time at this luxurious tented camp. The location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering plenty of space for activities like cycling and hiking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, from the friendly gatekeeper to the helpful host and attentive chefs. We were even able to bring our own food and have it prepared by the talented kitchen staff, who exceeded our expectations with their delicious creations. The tents were comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere, although some maintenance on the windows would be beneficial. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.

Het was geweldig dat we in slechts 10 minuten naar het centrum van de stad konden lopen. Gelukkig was onze kamer prachtig, met een badkamer die tot aan het plafond reikte.
Jammer genoeg was het onmogelijk om betalingsregelingen te treffen. We wilden graag flexibel zijn, maar het hotel bood geen hulp.

The hotel facilities were great, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful - from the gate to the housekeeping staff. We also enjoyed the convenience of arrangements with students who cooked for us; they perfectly prepared the food we provided, even on Sundays.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the fact that we were able to give them recipes and ingredients and they cooked for us was a huge advantage. the feeding and other tours provided us with lots of activities, which was perfect for keeping the kids busy.
The noise at night was quite annoying as the chalets were close to the camping area, and people played loud music without any consideration for others. we would have preferred air conditioning or bigger fans in the tents as it got quite hot.

The location of the tented camp was great, with lots of activities nearby like cycling and tours. the staff at the camp were friendly and professional, providing a convenient cooking service.
Some aspects of the hotel needed improvement, such as the lack of noise insulation at night.
